Via video – self-shiatsu, do-in stretches, relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques.

Self- Shiatsu Supervision appointments –  For clients I have seen before, these will be individual, one to one sessions of 60 minute, via video link, The session will consist of consultation, guided focusing and visual diagnosis with a range of activities to reduce stress and support your immune system, such as Japanese Do- in, Tibetan auto massage, meridian stretches, breathing techniques, guided visualisations, relaxation and meditation. At the end of the session, I will check in with you and send you a summary of the session via email.
